Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
CoCo8 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform.
Age Requirement
CoCo8 is a dating platform exclusively for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We enforce this requirement through:
- Mandatory date of birth verification during registration
- Age validation that rejects users under 18
- Face verification technology to confirm user identity
Content Moderation
We employ multiple layers of content moderation to prevent CSAE content:
- Automated NSFW Detection: All uploaded images are scanned in real-time using AI-powered content moderation (NudeNet) before they are stored or displayed
- Face Verification: Users undergo face verification using ArcFace AI technology to confirm their identity matches their profile photos
- Manual Review: Content flagged by automated systems is reviewed by trained moderators
- User Reporting: Users can report suspicious profiles or content directly within the app
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on CoCo8:
- Any content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative context
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempting to contact minors
- Any form of child exploitation or trafficking
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
Enforcement Actions
When we identify violations of our child safety standards, we take immediate action:
- Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
- Content removal and preservation for law enforcement
- Reporting to authorities: We report all identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement agencies
- Cooperation with law enforcement in investigations related to child exploitation
Prevention Measures
- All uploaded media is screened before being made visible to other users
- Configurable AI confidence thresholds allow our moderation team to adjust sensitivity
- Blocked content is immediately deleted and never stored permanently
- Regular audits of our moderation systems and policies
